My account has been stuck "under…
My account has been stuck "under review" for over two months. I tried transferring funds to my secondary bank, which triggered a flag. Despite promptly submitting all requested verification documents, my account remains locked. Support offers no real help, just repeats that it is "under review," and never follows up. They are holding my money with zero communication. Strongly avoid this bank.

It is a very good policy that iFast bank doesn't charge any transfer of foreign currency into my bank account. There is something misunderstanding of foreign currency bcos I couldn't get to my USD account number when I transferred USD from another bank in U.K.
Finally I asked my son to solve this question.
