No communication on returned delivery and refund
I send back a parcel with Hockey gear, after it was wrongly advertised as Senior intermediate, which refers to to skill level. I am only 1.70M it was way to small for me so it turns out to be Medium (or small). I did send it back and paid for shipping and now after 10 days and delivery confirmed 1 week ago, by transporter. No confirmation or notice on delivery from Hockeyzentrale and still waiting for payment.

I've been ordering with you guys since 2013. I live in NL, but the goods always come in very fast. Only once in al those years I had a problem, which Hockeyoffice and Bauer cleared for me very fast!
