Filters not working correctly.
I note that account VMD is having the same experience I am having of filters not working correctly for months on end. Likewise HL acknowledge the problem and that a fix is 'ongoing' but seriously how many months does it take to fix the easiest of software tools (that once worked)?! HL have also suggested the problem is due to my browser, or cookies or cache ... which is rubbish as atleast VMD for one is experiencing the same ... so another black mark there! This is meant to be a high-end platform, and was, but not now!!

Yet again I tried to open an account and yet again I failed. There new account opening software system is simply over complicated and with not enough guidance for non tecky types like me, I am not an I.T. geek but a serious 70 year old looking for sound investment for my hard cash. So yet again I will be going elsewhere.

Deserves negative stars
Deserves negative stars. Hopeless greedy disgusting platform. Investments are in 80% loss, and they are so greedy that they want to charge unnecesary fee just to hold investments.
im keep having to top up wasted money every single month from debit card, just to keep up paying nonsense account fee. ALL WHILE BEING AT LOSS 😒
Support takes multiple days to reply too. I literally cant see ANY reason why you claim to be #1 ? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
And I cant imagine who these literal bots are who claim to like this platform giving 5 stars. I hope theres more LISA accounts open soon, as i cant wait to leave this garbage greedy broker. Ive lost hundreds over the years WASTED in all crazy high FX fees, multiple buying selling transaction fees, and account fees on top of all this too.

OMG.. what a time wasting (now edited) experience..
OMG. All I want to do was open an ISA. That was the easy part... Transferring money into it... No way.. My bank wasn't listed. So ok, debit card. After four attempts. 'Blank screen' 'page couldn't be found' and so on. Help desk.. person on the phone couldn't be bothered to help. This is supposed to the most trusted site on the planet... Hmm not for me. So now shopping around for another product.
OK. Someone from HL eventually got back to me (and they have replied to my initial complaint. See below) and I have managed to make transfers another way. So I have now up it to three stars. And keeping it like that, as so many banking apps don't make it easy. Having said that, I can see why. They do try v. hard to keep our money safe... for all of us.

Dysfuntional HL App for iOS
The app for iOS has become really dysfunctional today. HL have still to iron out many flaws. Really irritating when the markets are volatile and one has to place deals on the move. This happens frequently and I doubt HL takes this issue seriously.
