Worthless pan, they don't believe you when something goes wrong

This Greenpan was quite pricey, so I expected quality. I'm a professional chef myself, so I know exactly how to handle and care for cookware. We only ever used it for eggs, pancakes, and other soft dishes that are cooked at low temperatures. It was always treated properly, yet black residue appeared right after the very first use.
When I reported this to customer service, I was told the damage was caused by overheating due to misuse. That is simply not true. As a professional, I know exactly how to use and maintain a pan — this is not a case of misuse but of a defective product.
Do not buy this pan. It's worthless, and the moment there's an issue, they shift the blame onto the customer without taking your complaint seriously.

I am certain i would highly recommend this company. Their staff was prompt in resolving my issue. Extremely courteous and attentive in responsiveness to my emails. I will continue to buy from Greenpan and will recommend them.

I was very excited to get the Frost machine. It would be one of the best overall machines out there but a month in and maybe our 5th use and we noticed cracks in the bowl while hand cleaning it, as we always do. I treated this machine like glass. Doing more research I realized that this is NORMAL and has happened to the majority of Frost buyers. This is unacceptable. To pay this much for a machine to have a flaw in the bowl that will eventually render it unusable. So they sent me another because its under warranty. Great. But they aren't sending an improved bowl, just another one so guaranteed I will be in same position again soon. Took 6 weeks because they have so many of them to replace they can't keep up. Once its out of warranty forget out right buying it. You won't find any in stock. It will just become a $300 dollar paperweight. This is atrocious for a company. They need to find a real solution. Different plastic or material. Change directions for after use something. One guy mentioned to let it get to room temp before cleaning. With this second bowl, I will try that but if it still cracks I will be done and I am buying a Ninja!

I was having problems with a waffle maker that I had bought. After some correspondence through email Greenpan sent me a new waffle maker (A $300 item!). I have a different review for the waffle maker- it has a major design flaw. But as for the company and trying to take care of their customers I am impressed.

These pans are pretty slick. First week of cooking with them has been a dream. Would’ve been great if you had a deal that included the fry pans with lids though. I am definitely missing the lids.

Although it took 2 shipments to get the correct replacement, we love our ice cream machine. The company updated me thru the entire process. Very impressed with the customer service

After using my small GreenPan saucepan three times, I noticed water leaking from the bolt. Customer service sent me a new medium and small GreenPan saucepan.

Beautiful cookware that heats quickly and evenly. Easy to clean up.

I didn’t lile my pan and wanted to return them but they don’t take returns if they are opened.

The Frost Classic Ic Cream machine (15 in 1) ice cream bowl WILL crack at sealing point to machine and cause it to leak. Green Pan DOES NOT SELL REPLACEMENTS to this part that render the entire machine unusable. Until the bowl cracks the product is wonderful for ice cream and slushies. I gave two stars because they did reply to email, but it was an unsatisfactory answer, no solution to needing a new bowl. In June was told new bowls would be available in August. So in August I tried again and was advised "Unfortunately we do not have the frost bowls available for purchase. "

Easy cooking and clean up

Love the 12” fry pan I bought. The loaf pan was too small. Returns are not easy unfortunately. Suggest Green Pan work on that process.
