My life changing experience.

I started with Deirdre from the end of April to the start of July. It Was so easy to follow and tailored to suit my tastes. I lost 14kg over the time we worked together , what I really liked about working with Deirdre is she used to ring me once or twice every couple of weeks to check out with me ,, to make sure everything was going brilliant. I would highly recommend her ,,what Deirdre has done for me or not just changes for now ! their life changing ,
