Pros and cons
Easy to use system. But, some features missing. Excellent onboarding (demo’s, help getting set up etc), but very pushy sales team to get you signed on. They weren’t transparent with pricing; only put one tariff forward to me rather than giving all available options and letting me choose, they didn’t include VAT in the price so this was added on my first invoice, and they got me to sign onto the contract on the initial video call so I felt pressured and it made me not want to read the small print. The price is expensive.

Frauds - keep charging my card without providing sevice
Signed up end of August. They couldn't help me migrate data or finish the set up for months and have the audacity to keep charging me even though I don't use their system. Do not register with these guys unless they can clearly map out how to migrate your contacts, when and how.

Easy to use for clients & trainers
While I was opening up a women’s only gym and looking at the various software options, what stood out with Glofox was the simplicity for our members to schedule and cancel classes. Once our members download the app, not only can they schedule their classes but the trainer is able to send a message to the group to help encourage them before class or let them know of any changes.
Additionally, the analytics that Glofox offers is very helpful when we are looking at class or trainer performance. With a few clicks we can see the class times that have more attendance than others and make changes based on data.
We also love the automation with Excelerate that is built into the Glofox software. As our gym grows, having a workflow that sends emails and text messages alleviates the time spent reaching out to our leads since the automation gives instructions for the next steps the prospect can take.
Overall, Glofox has been an integral part of the growth we are experiencing and we can see first hand where the growth is happening. We have been very satisfied using Glofox and would recommend it for any size gym.

Glofox has been a very easy and efficient system for our gym. We are able to sign up members, access all reports and navigate through it seamlessly. It is very user friendly. I’ve had a very positive experience since deciding to use Glofox as my booking platform for my new Pilates studio. Everyone I have dealt with has been exceptionally helpful. Chameel was my onboarding rep, and she was amazing! Super helpful and nice. Glofox was proactive when my email was down and contacted me to let me know that their emails were being returned.
