Very good hosting for modded Minecraft and easy to setup.
We got 3 months hosting on 10gb for a modded Minecraft server and it was great. No lag and we got to run all of our mods.

Far better than my previous host so far. Immaculate service, a really really kind community so far too. I think ill be sticking with them long term. I hope to be able to leave this review as it is! :) I have a 40gb server from them for abt 70$ but i put a bunch of higher price options on it. So far it runs IMMACULATELY. I run a MC server with abt 300 mods and a good handful of players, no latency, nothing. It's good :)

Nice hosting but has some problems.
Very nice hosting and good price to performance. The issue have with this hosting is that you can't choose what server type you want. If you'd want a specific server software you'd have to install all the files urself. Otherwise you can only use plugins for spigot and mods. I am also having an issue where the server times everyone out every so often. Though this could be an issue caused by the way I installed the server or a mod I added.

We do have both a one-click server version and a one-click modpack installer built into the panel that offers 47 different fabric versions and hundreds of modpacks with a variety of versions. The issues we can run into are when the modpack developers don't provide a server pack with their new version updates.

The pricing for the performance is really nice.

The server user panel is easy to understand and nice to work with.
We didn't experience any drops of performance from the provider aswell.

do not buy from these scummy people, I asked for a refund on the exact same day of getting charged and they denied my refund request because "their policy states I must request a refund within 2 days and I was outside of that window" mind you I literally requested the refund ON THE DAY OF THE CHARGE, I told them to refund me and cancel my server and they refused to do both

I'm sorry we were not able to provide a resolution to your liking. While we have spoken through our support system, I want to provide further clarification.
Our refund policy does offer a 2 day no questions asked refund. This is on the initial purchase, which in your case was your first purchase a month prior (While you are disputing the subscription).
We did send you an email two weeks prior, letting you know this subscription is active and a bill is up and coming, along with a 2nd email a week prior to billing again letting you know. This is automated for all of our users.
While we were unable to provide a refund, you were offered a full credit/ game swap and your service was cancelled during the ticket process which you would have received an email letting you know you will not be charged again.
I hope this provides any clarification you may have been seeking. All the best.

Very happy with this purchase and the help they provided
Was a bit nervous about getting a server since I'm suspicious of everything online but I am so happy I went with Ghostcap after doing some research -
I'm completely new at modding and over the last 2 days the server owner and Admins spent over 3 hours helping me fix it in a call and even went above and beyond and helped me fix my graphics card issue ( turns out PC was not using my graphics card properly ) which I am very grateful for - turns out my old modpack is just really badly optimized so they installed another modpack for me, but they have tons of the popular ready to play modpacks (RLcraft, all the mods 10, etc) to 1 click install I'm just being picky.
Panel is easy to use and there always seems to be someone active in the discord to help troubleshoot (They answered all my tickets within like 5-10min) and with the current 50% off sale the price is amazing compared to other Hosting services.
Will definitely be recommending to my friends :)
