He was so resourceful in giving detailed lectures, right interpretation and perfect use of words in every situation. My experience was exceptional amazing, Educative, interactive and got to know things I thought I knew in a better way due to the well taught teachings of our trainer John Redford, I think I will give him 100 percentage in his training due to the fact his ex military so his explanations and more especially in the physical intervention part I was quite amazed of how he taught it and made it easy to practice. I thank SIA and trust to be back this year for the CCTV.

I have a great experience, as I learnt a lot about door supervision. I gained more information about how to do searches and how i should be acting as a door supervisor. Furthermore, I learnt a lot about health and safety etc. John Redfern gave a great way of teaching throughout this course.

Mr Tolga is a great teacher. He really knows how to get stuff into your head also great at safely demonstrating how to do cpr, using the defibrillator and handcuffs

I’d really like to thank Tolga Beyaz for introducing me to this course. I’ve never met such a hyped up and passionate person in regards to SIA. His depth and knowledge was great and to give personal experiences that he has had. I’d love to see more of a mix of the classroom but that couldn’t be controlled. Tolga Beyaz is an amazing instructor. Though the classes are long daily (8a.m. to 6p.m, with breaks in between though), you will never feel sleepy. His classes are interactive and he gives really good examples to support each topic, ensuring everyone understands perfectly.

Tolga Beyaz has been a great teacher, he's funny and engaging but also he's strict and fair he also makes sure we understand what he teaches us.
