Very disappointing experience. I purchased a new leather seat cover for my motorcycle, but I was extremely disappointed with the quality. The material felt very cheap and the seat cover also had visible defects.

I contacted the store to explain the issues and was offered a discount instead. They said they would contact their supplier to see if they could offer some goodwill. I politely declined the offer and simply asked for a return label so I could return the defective product.

I was then told to wait, but after that, they simply stopped responding. I have sent several follow-up emails and have now been waiting for several days without receiving any response whatsoever.

The product quality was disappointing, but the customer service and lack of communication have been even more frustrating. Once they had my money, it felt like they were no longer interested in helping me.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Very poor product quality and, even worse, very poor customer service.
