I am a paying user since 2020, using the platform multiple times a week. Despite I paid my renewal in April, my account is locked. I sent multiple emails and asked for help in the chat, but only received automated responses since then. How come I cannot get any customer service?

Despite 4 months remaining on my annual subscription, all the videos are locked out. Likely due to Gymondo changing the name of the premium subscription a few months ago. Emailed the company twice and there is no reply. Have cancelled the renewal of the subscription. Shame, used to be a great app until this.

If I could give zero stars I would
Paid for full years membership, after a few weeks, workout videos won't work.
I've emailed and messaged and no response from gymondo. Such a waste of money.

Very professional and super fun. You can find every sort of training with plenty of trainers and levels. They always make you feel confident with your progress. I fully recommend Gymondo.

€89.99 taken from my credit card for no reason as yearly membership was paid in July. Submitted information to Gymondo on this but no response.

In October 2025 it will be 3 years since I started with Gymondo, I liked it since I started with the app because of the alternative exercises, but I didn't use all its functions, I personally like to do everything from strength training, to yoga, pilates, step, etc, so sometimes I did two programs at the same time.In April 2025 I started using the Individueller Plan feature, which is perfect for me since I like to vary my workout sessions, and it is WOW!!! The app gives me weekly routines adjusted to my goals, on the other hand two months ago I started cooking with the recipes, my body has completely changed, and the recepies are delicious amd healthy( Each recipe explains how many calories you are consuming in protein, fat, carbohydrates and fiber.) I am super motivated, I like the way I look, I feel very happy with Gymondo, I use it with the PC. I wish in the future there would be more workouts with the step, elastic bands, and more exercises just for the legs, and that you could save the complete program in favorites. I love it!

I used to be a very satisfied customer and renewed my yearly subscription in May. After now a few weeks, gymondo has locked all trainings and asks me to pay once more for a subscription. I believed this must be a bug and wrote customer support. No answer to two requests - but automatic answer that they need 30 days to respond. This is how gymondo values customers that have prepaid for a full year 😡

Update: Very interesting that Gymondo can respond within minutes to this post and misses to respond to my other emails since long. When you read the other feedback here, this seems to be their normal behaviour.

Unfortunately like a lot of other reviews I've just read here, I too ended up with an unexpected 70 euro deducted from my bank account without any prior warning. So disappointing that a company that promotes health and well being treats it's consumers so poorly.

Following the generic response below I just wanted to add some context, I had signed up for a subscription over 3 years ago with no renewal
for the past 3 years to then suddenly have this money taken without any notice.

Just to add a further update for anyone looking to subscribe to this service. I followed the request of the customer service representative left below I sent on all the details to receive a portal message to say my query was resolved with absolutely zero contact from them! Total waste of time.

Unfortunately it isn't incorrect. My account had not been debited any amount by gymondo for 3 years. There was no annual payments made. I have sent on all required bank statements as requested to customer service showing this.

I am really sorry to be doing it this way but I don’t know what else to do.

I cancelled my subscription 24 hours after subscribing and now 1 month and 3 emails later I still haven’t heard back from customer care for my refund. I also still have access to the app.

I already sent 2 more emails since then (April 2nd) and still no reply.

Please help me get my money back 🥺

The app does not encourage you enough to do workouts. I hoped it would help me stay on track, but it's not helping.

Apparently i made a subscription without being aware (probably by touching the ad) No confirmation whatsoever. This is scam

The app itself is great but I’ve had multiple issues with payment. I recently repurchased the monthly subscription and even though I paid I have no access to any content since everything is locked. I have tried customer support but it’s been about three weeks and still have not been reached out too about resolving the issue.

DO NOT BUY THIS APP, TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

I paid for the basic plan, after testing it for a week. A week or two after paying for a whole year, all(!) workouts were only accessible with the plus plan.

What I paid for was suddenly totally worthless!

This is illegal!

They are not replying to any email, social media comment, whatsoever.

They probably don't have staff and only rip off people!

Same as most feedback here I was also charged £70 auto-renewal with no prior warning of this happening and no confirmation e-mail just found it through looking at banking transactions. Deceitful company with lack of transparency. requested refund immediately which was denied. I will be seeking further advice this is a dreadful company

I like the app a lot! The trainers are great, the quality of the videos are also good and it helps keep a habit. For the first time, I was sticking to exercising.
There is a small bug when using the tablet that it marks each video that I open as done which is not the case when I use gymondo with other platforms. Other thing is that I wrote the support related to my subscription where a trial was not counted and no one answered. Even though now I want to keep my subscription, answring your clients even with a small reply is essential.

I’ve been using Gymondo and overall, I’m happy with the experience. The training programs, variety of workouts, and trainers are great—especially how they offer modifications for different fitness levels or injuries. Over time, I’ve seen real progress in my fitness. The healthy recipes are a nice bonus, and I like how easy it is to save and revisit favorite workouts. That said, the signup process could use improvement; I had trouble accessing my account initially and found the support response a bit slow. Also, the desktop functionality seems limited, which was frustrating. Still, the app works well, and the workouts deliver results, so I’d give it a strong 4 stars.

I’d like to see more strength training available. I’ve been using your site for a few years. Love it but need more work outs with weights.
