I always knew Focusrite had the best products. Now I know they have the hands-down best service to back it up. I recently had questions about a piece I had purchased. Focusrite was incredibly responsive, went over and above to provide additional supporting information, and even follow-up to make sure I had everything I needed to be successful with my new 16i16, They have the best products, and the best customer service. Scarlett 4X4 is amazing!
I originally wanted my Scarlett 4X4 for MIDI input from a keyboard controller. But it turned out that this unit was fantastic to replace my outdated digital sound card and even take the place of my mixing board! Since I use a DAW and don't record more than one "live" track at a time (ex: vocal, guitar), the 4x4 inputs are plenty. I also simply enjoy using it whenever I want to switch to my studio monitors to hear the best sound from my PC.
I also love all the free software products through 3rd parties you provide me.

Focusrite refurbished Scarlett 2i2
I ordered a refurbished Scarlett 2i2. It arrived as promised, 3-5 days after the order, in excellent condition. I couldn't tell it wasn't new-in-the-box. I saved some money, and got a better product than I was expecting.

I have owned three 2i2 Scarlett units…
I have owned three 2i2 Scarlett units (gens 2, 3, & 4) and they have been very good, but the gen 4 is the largest improvement in my opinion. I am impressed with the sound.
I can monitor my guitar through the DAW with the Direct button off and the latency is barely detectable.
This helps me to overlook the fact that a few weeks after my purchase, you put these on sale.

Great product for the reasonable money
Great product for the reasonable money! I was using Solo Gen 3 before - that was an excellent product for my work, but when I upgraded to the 2i2 Gen 4 - that became a game changer! I love it. Definitely could recommend it.
