The team came for a whole flat move including a grand piano, and took great care of it. It was a really good experience also given that we constantly talked before/during and they listened to our needs. They came a second time just to move the grand piano between rooms - again with a really high dedication to make sure everything happens absolutely fine. Many thanks! The whole team at Malmö Flyttjänst were great during my move. Moving is stressful, especially when you are a foreigner and don't have your own car or friends/family who can help you move. Malmö Flyttjänst helped me move from Lomma (just outside of Malmö) to Stockholm. The team showed up to my house on time, worked hard to get all my things loaded efficiently and securely, and arrived in good time at my destination. The team was great at communicating with me, even though I don't speak much Swedish.

Dick, the general manager, was great at figuring out payment terms & methods since I don't have Swish or BankGiro. This is some of the best customer service I have experienced in Sweden.

Not so easy to communicate with before the moving day, either by mail or phone. Also there was a lack of communication for the booking of the cleaning, which was not booked even if I paid in advance for it. It got fixed quickly because I asked, otherwise it was "silence"
