I have semi solid wood floors that were 15years old with a lot of scratches / scrapes and a lot of sun damage. I got Gavin and Keith in to sand / varnish them and I was delighted with the end result it was like a brand new floor. They are very reasonably priced and their work is fantastic I would highly recommend them I saved my self a fortune by not replacing my floors and there was little to no dust so no big cleaning up afterwards. They done the work in one day just had to come back the following morning for last coat I couldn't be any happier

Just had badly scratched oak floor rejuvenated by Gavin and Keith. Tremendous work by two gentlemen. Wish other tradesmen would work to these standards. I recommend you use these guys if you want a quality finish for a reasonable price.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Floor Sanding Specialists to restore and sand my white oak floors and stairs in my home in Artane, Dublin 5, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results!

From the start, Gavin and Keith proved to be true masters of their trade. My floors were in rough shape before the sanding, but they worked their magic and transformed them into something I didn’t think was possible. Graham also contributed immensely to the stairs, and his expertise really showed in the final result. The attention to detail from the entire team was impeccable.

We had the sitting room floor sanded/varnished by Gavin and Keith about three weeks ago. They arrived punctually and we’re both professional and friendly, and worked efficiently, completing the job in the time Gavin had stated. The floor looks amazing. Just like new floorboards. We opted for the satin finish. There was virtually no dust and they cleaned up afterwards. I would have preferred if they had taken the big bag of sawdust with them but despite this, we got them back this week to sand/varnish the hallway. I would highly recommend Floor Sanding Specialists.
