I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this company following the installation of my internet service on the being of February 2026.

During the installation, the technician damaged the external cable to my building’s intercom system. This damage was directly caused during the work carried out at my property. As a result, I had to arrange and pay for the repair myself. As I reported the issue the same day it was identified, however my problem was completely miss handled my the customer service department.

Also during a second technician, which was required due to a faulty initial installation that caused extremely poor internet speeds. The second technician even confirmed internally that he was not responsible for the intercom damage, which further supported that the issue originated during the original installation.

Since then, I have made multiple attempts to resolve this:

* A formal written complaint
* Two follow-up phone calls
* Promises of a callback and email response that were never fulfilled

Despite all of this, I have received no meaningful response, no update, and no reimbursement.

The most frustrating part is not just the initial damage, but the complete lack of communication and follow-through afterwards.

Overall, this experience has been very disappointing. I would advise others to be cautious when using this service.

The Worst Client Service I’ve Ever Experienced

In mid-July, my previous mobile operator Yolka unexpectedly shut down, and I was automatically transferred to Finetwork. After reading terrible reviews and receiving no worthy offer from Finetwork, I decided to switch to another provider. But to do that, I needed to update my customer data. And this nightmare has been going on since July 16!

I’ve already received SIM cards from my new provider, but I still cannot complete the transition because of Finetwork. I don’t even have a contract with them, and yet they are holding my personal data hostage, preventing me from moving to another operator. I have never encountered such appalling customer service in my life.

I didn’t want to rate any stars but before I skate the company, the rep, Diego, I would give 5 stars, he is so friendly and helpful, I hope he gets a job with a decent company!
Terrible company, service terrible, left my business 4 days without internet, I quickly changed provider, then got sent a code asking me to return router, bloody cheek! 4/5 trips to correos and code did not work, ended up paying for it myself ( lovely Diego reimbursed me) but keep getting e-mails saying not received it and they have now tried taking €100 from bank account!!!

Scammers!

They called me one day presenting the company as part of Vodafone and offering a good offer for fibra& móvil. I sadly fell for it and signed the contract only to receive a call from my provider a few days later saying that Finetwork is a scam and they're not part of Vodafone but only using the infrastructure. It took a while day of back and forth calls to cancel the contract with them. Luckily my provider contacted me and explained the situation!

Are a Fraud

They came to install the router but it never worked. No matter how many times we called the technical service to ask about the status there was never any progress. We asked to unsubscribe as they never gave us a service, and on top of that they tell us that they are going to charge us for the 3 month permanence. A disgrace. They are a fraud.

Avoid

Avoid, avoid, and avoid!!
Signed a contract beginning of September for 600mb. Guess how many reach our devices? 30 if we are lucky!! I work from home, so a good internet connection is a must for me. Instead, I keep getting kicked out of calls because my internet connection is poor. We’ve been calling them every day for the past two weeks. Every day, it’s someone else on the other end, making empty promises and our problem still persists. We have involved consumer union and are just waiting for our 3 month contract to finish and switch to one of their competitors. Oh and since they use Vodafone line, you should definitely avoid them too ;)

Avoid them like the plague. Thieves. Fraudsters

Avoid them like the plague. They will try to cheat you. I was a client for many years. But several times I had line failures, I called them, but they never replied. They just ignored my calls and emails. On 28th August, I decided to switch ADSL providers. I had to call Finetwork 15 times, the average call waiting time was 7 minutes. They kept lying to me and switching me to another department. The call was deliberately cut off many times. Very annoying. On 28th August, I disconnected the router etc and boxed it up. I called Finetwork over 20 more times to ask what I should do with it, but they never answered. On 29th August, I received an SMS confirming the "Baja del servicio" on the 29th of August. On 2nd September I received another SMS telling to take the router and Wi-Fi box to Correos (post office) stating "Returns Number 1588303363. This I did immediately, and Correos España confirmed delivery of the router etc to Finetwork on 4th September. I have sent a copy of the delivery note and delivery confirmation from Correos to Finetwork. That should have been the end of the story. BUT NO! THE THIEVES HAVE OTHER PLANS: READ ON:
On 13th September, Finetwork sent me another 2 SMS saying they were going to invoice me 80€ for the router as it had not been delivered. That is a total lie. This is fraudulent.
On 15th September, I sent am email to "Servicios al Cliente" with a screen capture from Correos demonstrating that the router had been delivered, by Correos, to Finetwork on 4th September.
On 17th September, a nasty sarcastic woman from Finetwork, who spent all her time talking over me, insisted I should send them the paperwork from Correos, and insinuated that Finetwork have not received the router, which is a total liel What lying fraudsters.
AVOID FINETWORK. THEY WILL TRY TO STEAL FROM YOU.
There are other ADSL providers offering 1Gb for 17€, which Finetwork cannot equal!

I had a contract for 30gb of data for…

I had a contract for 30gb of data for €3.90 with a company called prexfy, everything was great with them, unfortunately it seems around April they went bust and all accounts were taken over by Finetwork. They did not send any emails or letters informing the customer what had happened and instead put us on a contract of 10gb for €5.90 without our permission or consent. Then, a few months later, instead of contacting the customer directly they sent debt collectors phoning us and harassing us 10 times a day, it seemed like scam calls as in Spain you get a lot of them so I don't answer, it is only after reading a forum on Chollometro that I found out what had happened as to my knowledge I was still with prexfy! If they are a legitimate company, why not send something in writing? The lack of communication and distrust with this company means I will never sign a contract with them or allow my family or friends to.

1 is too much

1 is too much. I have two products of the company one for years. They had started with a carpenter who drilled his hole for a satelite cable through the middle of the wall after not having asked for keys climbed on the roof, the cable coming out there running not on floor level from the hole still is appalling to the eye. The app password was unresettable as a typo together with seperate personal data storage made receiving a code impossible until i asked two years later and it still was almost today. So I was left outside the app for 3 years! But nevermind as the next function is not there findable … When it comes to ID or bank connection updating they demand spanish plus foreign ID yet say only spanish till you fail twice the ordeal others do without any requisites and even a account confirmation is required. The knowlessness is time consuming and … as stupid as this a company can’t be. I have updated too 500 mbps but nothing changed locally. The 5G mobile are slow as hell and during calls even more so slightly above lyca which disconnects. I keep using my foreign roaming in bcn.
