They finally found the leak which was in fact obvious but it took 3 visits, all charged out, and costing over 2000! This leak should have been identified on the first visit but they went down a blind rabbit hole costing me extra on plumbing repairs I did not need to do
Can recommend highly. The team worked so hard (especially Mark) to find and fix the leak at my elderly parents house. It was a difficult job but they didn't stop until it was sorted. Thanks guys from their family.
