Spot on service thank you so much. I bought a Burley dog wagon which fixes to a bike about 6/7 years ago. My dog is older now and I knew it could be converted into a doggie pushchair (don't judge lol!). I sent pictures and my old receipt on Saturday asking for advice and I got a reply first thing Monday morning with a link to the appropriate item to order. I ordered it and emailed asking if I could have it by Thursday. It arrived, fully trackable by royal mail this morning, it's perfect and fits a treat, thank you. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

The customer service at Fawkes Cycles is second to none. The communication and information around my purchase was really welcome and well informed. The whole purchase was a smooth process.

Later, because, as it turns out, I mounted it incorrectly, it fell off my bike. In doing so I lost one a tiny, but necessary, part. There didn't seem to be any spares available to purchase.

Kindly Fawkes enquired with their distributor who sent them the relevant part, which was posted to me. My request to at least reimburse them for the postage and packaging was gently declined.

Old school customer service and all the better for it. Will happily be purchase from them again.

Bought a pair of tyres from them in a size I was struggling to obtain elsewhere. Excellent price and delivered within the working week . Thank you 🙏

Slow to deliver, you need to email to get any advise very poor.

I read a few reviews about poor adherence to promised delivery times, but decided to order anyway. My parcel was delivered per my instructions by Evri, arrived on time and was exactly what I'd ordered, so I was a perfectly happy customer.

Like others on here, should have read the reviews before. If you’re expecting 2020’s level of service, look elsewhere. Why a business would sit on orders for days is perplexing, unless of course they don’t actually have the stock they claim to have.

I’ll be avoiding these guys in future too.

Given the many poor reviews for delivery, I ordered my new MTB tyres from Fawkes with some trepidation. However, I needn't have worried. Ordered on Sunday, dispatched within 2 working days as promised, and delivered ahead of schedule today (Thursday).

I was after two very specific tyres, and had found that no other retailers could provide me with what I wanted. Fawkes has a fantastic selection, and had exactly what I needed. I'm very happy with the service.

It's not Amazon Prime, but that's a plus in my view!

Used the company a few times. Easy website, fast dispatch and excellent prices. Would use again and recommend. Also, very helpful on the phone if you call them

Should have read the reviews before making a first order here. Does not dispatch on weekends, then only dispatches 2nd working day.
Good luck to this company but I wont be buying from them anymore, there are sites out there that understand the importance of fast dispatch when your an online retailer.

Ordered a helmet on Tuesday expecting to receive it for the weekend but instead I got an email Friday morning to say it was not in stock (was showing in stock when I ordered). I am now left without a helmet or time to order one elsewhere

As with all other complaints, took over a week to receive a despatch notification, won't be ordering from Fawkes again.

I made an online purchase of a niche product which I needed quickly. It was great that they published their phone number on the website and I was able to speak to helpful people who made a big effort to get the product from the supplier and then across to me the next day. Great experience, thank you

As with most of the complaints here it is about expectations of delivery. Maybe we have been spoilt by Amazon efficiency but ordered shoes Monday for Thursday delivery. Website ways they were dispatched Thursday but still no sign or notification.
Managed to find the tracking number belongs to DPD, it was at 't' hub' yesterday morning so maybe arrive today.
Don't use if time is of the essence

Had it stated that they use Evri for their deliveries I would have looked elsewhere. Standard despatch is slow too. Need to do better.

Ordered a rear mounted child seat for a great price with a 2-3 working day despatch time. I ordered late Thursday night and it was despatched the following wednesday and arrived thursday so reasonable.

ordered tyres for my e-bike based on the premise that the dispatch is 1-2 dispatch. It has been more than a week and although I tried to reach out and was assured that the tyres will be dispatched, no sign of tyres. I explained that my bike is my main transport but obviously the 1-2 days dispatch is false advertising.

DO NOT USE THEM - if your transport depends on receiving your order in time. 

PAY MORE GET MORE....

Excellent price, dispatched the next day and received the day after that. Very quick and efficient, none of the issues others seem to be experience. Though I did only order a bottle, so that might have been something to do with it.

Delivery seems to be a key issue. Ignore what it says on the website 1-2 days dispatch is not accurate. Day 6 and still no confirmation of dispatch.

A quick scan on here suggests this is not an isolated issue.

Great product but then I am buying Schwalbe, as for Fawkes.. Shocking delivery in this day and age! There is no excuse for over 3 working days, let alone 5
