Unexpected surprise
At first I was rather unsure if this was legit. For sometime I have taken a look here and there but never purchased. My 21 birthday rolled around and I was like fk it. I got the Jungkook matching Butter jumpsuit? The white and blue, it was pricy but I went for it. The shipping and tracking was really smooth and quick, which I was very glad for as someone who is very paranoid shopping online anywhere. I like being kept updated and my package moving at a decent pace. It arrived and I have no regrets it's comfortable and looks super good. Having outfits from your favs are just so cool haha and make me feel cool wearing it. I would recommend giving Fashion Chingu a shot. I sure will go for another shot, 😁😁👍🏻👍🏻

For reference I am 5’6
For reference I am 5’6, 50-55kg. I got an XL and the fit is a-lot more fitted than i expected. I suggest to get the largest size possible regardless of height or weight. I was expecting more of a baggy look but its okay because i kinda fw this lmao.
The quality is also nice, its not too heavy or too light, the fleece look really pulls off. And the delivery was super fast, came in like a week. I guess my only negatives about this is the hood, other than that its cool.

Happy with my tshirt order
The shirt I ordered is really good quality and matches the product photos perfectly! The material is thicker than I expected (in a good way). Shipping to Canada was also relatively fast. I got a 2xl and it’s a bit smaller than a North American 2xl but not by much.

Parcel never arrived
I ordered two items over a month ago but I only received one of them. I’ve contacted them several times to ask about the other parcel’s status but got no reply for a week straight. I then contacted them again this week and finally got a reply, which wasn’t even by an actual person, it was AI generated! It told me they’d ship it out within two days which they never did. Even if they shipped it out now I don’t think it would arrive in time for the concert I need it for. I’m never ordering from here again and I want a full 81€ refund.

The first arrived earlier, and the second with your NCT Wish lightstick was delivered on June 15th, well before the July 1st date you needed it by. We sent you the tracking for the lightsticks' package on June 6th. We do hope you received it well.
We also hear you on the support side, and we're sorry it felt slow and impersonal. That's something we're actively improving.
