This used to be a solid choice for windows serial keys. But now it is getting worse and worse. I usally buy two or more keys, and at least one or more are not working now with every purchase.
Customer service are also a drag, to the point that i just don't bother with complaining anymore, and just buy a key somewhere else.
Last three times I have bought something here, it's been faulty.
Price is great, but when 50% of your purchase don't work you pay twice as much as you should, wich is not great.

Emma in chat support was absolutely amazing! Helped me fix new game for Steam that was not working loading, launching. It took over an hour but she stuck with me until it finally worked because of her amazing support!

I was having a problem with my product key and a customer service agent was able to help me step-by-step. Get it handled. The whole time they were positive helpful and patient. I will recommend this website to anybody I know.

Helpdesk was friendly, helping me in the right way, knowing what she was talking about, answering very fast. After installing the game with the key in Steam, i got 'Promo Only'. But it still was the full game. The price was less than 10% of the price at Steam :-)
