I really love this store, but
I really love this store. It has a good selection, great location, and great service. However, not all the salespeople understand what they're selling. For example, they don't know certain mountaineering topics and equipment, so their help is useless. For example, I was looking for a protective crampon bag, and the salesperson didn't know what it was, even when I showed her a photo. But her question surprised me: "Are they sharp?" They are obviously sharp, and any bag won't work with them.
