Customer service was impeccable and the product I got was good value for money. The laptop was classified as refurbished but when it arrived, I received a brand new laptop. I’m very pleased with my order. It arrived the next day after I placed the order.

Excellent service
Bought a Dell Warranty refurbished laptop. Condition is perfect. Paid for next business day delivery at 3pm on a Friday (after the Saturday delivery cut-off time) but it arrived next morning anyway. Excellent service.
