Unfortunately my only choice
My only choice to watch an international football tournament is, unfortunately, DR. When you live here, all other possibilities are behind paywalls. The quality of game commentary is horrendously biased and, speaking as a dane myself, embarrassingly super nationalistic. In addition to which those people commenting clearly have quite a limited understanding of the game itself.
It happens all the time. But the most recent bad experience was a recent game between Denmark and Serbia in Euro 2024. In one instance a foul was committed by a Danish player, and the only reaction from the commentators was to indignantly tell the viewers that the victim of the foul should have to be given a yellow card.
And that was just the most egregious instance. On top of numerous attempts to insinuate that Serbian people are uncivilized.
