Today is the day I am writing the well-promised review: price comparison between Moldova & German Cosmetic.💟
The two compared products are Alien Hypersense, 30 ml from Müller. 💜
So my beautiful people, I have got this perfume for 89€ together with the pouch as free gift von designer marque Thierry Mougler.
What I have as comparison is the moldavian version of this perfume 🪽 just delivered via DU Flughafen directly von Moldova. It's called SPECTRA mini No. 052 and it's the same version of this perfume, just Moldovan quality and ingredients.
They have the same bottle design in form of talisman shape and the perfumes smell the same,even they have foreign origin.
So guys, moldovan manufacturing and moldovan cosmetic stores are very unique and have lavandel notes 🪻🪻🪻

These people are scam. Courier can’t find my address and sent back perfume. It was 15 December. They said that they need 14 days for return my money, 1 moth later, I didn’t get money back, they didn’t answer on mail , they silent. Scam organisation , they can’t work , they didn’t return money back. I didn’t see so bad work before

I have visited Douglas stores many times but ordered online for the first time and it was a good experience. Simple and quick.

All about it is just so good you dont need to worry about feedback. Its timeless, great in structure, its detailed. Tremendous overview, layout, nice costumer service, reputation and trustworthy. Douglas is a very reliable store with a wide range of high-quality products. The prices are reasonable and fair, and I really appreciate the special offers and discounts available from time to time. Overall, a place I trust and enjoy shopping from.

Since the end of November, I have been dealing with a complete disaster with Douglas.

I placed an order, but the package was damaged during delivery. As a result, I received damaged items, items I did not order, and products I ordered that were missing.

I returned all items I received, yet Douglas keeps sending me invoices and demanding payment for products they claim were not returned — even though those items were missing from the original delivery. I refuse to pay for products I never received.

In addition, I had to pay the return shipping costs myself, and these costs have still not been refunded, despite the fact that the delivery was faulty and not my responsibility.

Customer service has been extremely disappointing: no real support, no solutions, only excuses. I was also told that I would receive a refund, which never happened. I do not accept the claim that “nothing can be done” — the order documentation clearly proves what happened.

This situation has caused unnecessary stress over a very small amount of money. I regret buying from Douglas. If they do not correct the invoice, refund the shipping costs, and stop harassing me with unjustified payment requests, I will take legal action.

A bill was paid on time and correctly, including the reference number, yet the company claimed the payment could not be allocated. I contacted customer service several times with clear dates and proof of payment, but received no meaningful response. Due to their failure to properly investigate, we were forced to pay the bill again and were even charged a late fee, despite the original payment being on time. As a result, we were double charged. To this day, there has been no proper explanation and no refund of the overpaid amount. Customer service is absolutely appalling.

The response Douglas provided is again a lie, I have provided an initial bank statement that clearly contains the reference number.

Well l, my experience is good so far. However the products are so expensive 😫
