Poor Packaging for a High-Priced Collectibl
I am extremely disappointed with this order and, in particular, the way the item was packaged. Delivery took over three weeks, and when it finally arrived, the original box was badly dented and damaged.
The item was wrapped in ordinary bubble wrap, but there was no protective cardboard shipping box or outer carton. The original product box was therefore exposed to knocks and pressure during transit, and there have shipping label and tape applied directly to the original box.
For a product at this price point, I find this completely unacceptable. This is a premium collectible, and the condition of the original box is very important to collectors. At the very least, I expected the item to be placed inside a proper cardboard shipping box to protect it during delivery.
I have already emailed Customer Service to raise my complaint, but I have received absolutely no response.

Wonderful Experience Ordering Internationally
I was a little nervous about ordering kitchen pendant lights from overseas, but Diffusione Luce made it easy. I found the same ceramic pendants on a US site for nearly double the price, so I decided to take the plunge and order directly from Italy — and I'm so glad I did.
Their shipping estimates were clear and accurate, so I always knew what to expect. When I had questions, customer service responded quickly and helpfully. The pendants themselves are ceramic and fragile, but everything arrived packaged with real care.
The lights look beautiful in my home, and I'd order from Diffusione Luce again without hesitation!

Amazing Service
I purchased some iGuzzini whisper table lights.
They were purchased in Australia on the Friday and arrived from Italy on the following Tuesday.

We would highly recommend DiffusioneLuce to deal with as a trusted and honest company. We purchased 2 Zefferano table lamps from them online but when they arrived to Australia one was faulty. I dealt with Iohana who was fantastic and so helpful. She then organised for a replacement lamp and her help was both heartening and excellent. The lamps were a gift to a friend so great to have the new one again. Great service from a company that doesn’t fob you off- they care! Peter
