Do not use this website for any of their services! I was scammed by an email sent to me re renewing my business license; the email looked like it was from the city my license was issued. I paid almost double what I would've from the city directly. This company has yet to file my renewal, as I have left several messages which have yet to be answered!
This website is part of a scam. I received a letter in the mail saying I had to pay $169 to renew my FBA. It also asked me to send payment back in the form of check or by writing my credit card info on the paper. Your county will send you a letter and will never ask you to send payment. Don’t fall for this!
