Can not cancel the Chatmatic program

Can not cancel the Chatmatic program. I signed up for Chatmatic in 2017 at a cost of $ 997.00. This was to be a one time payment. Later after reviewing my credit card statements i notice there was a charge of $1497. I contacted the CC co. and they issued a temporary refund to give Chatmatic a chance to reply. Apparently they have a template reply that says that I agreed to the charge and I can cancel at anytime. There is no way to cancel. I have tried every way I have found. Chatmatic support email address is not reachable. I commented on Travis's FB ad about this and he stated he sold it and had nothing to do with it anymore and to stop commenting about it on his ad. So I said OK and went back to all the ways to try and contact Chatmatic, nothing is working.

Chatmatic. 1 star review.

In October 22 I got my secretary to purchase a products from Chatmatic. She did as instructed but there was an upsell for $995 inside the offer which she bought as well. On realizing this within 48hrs I asked Chatmatic to refund the mistake and they refused to do so. We are now 4 weeks on and they still refuse to do so even though part of the purchase was a physical item that I have not received.
In fact, they have admitted on support tickets that they do not know what the upsell was about and they are confused about it all.
What a terrible experience to deal with the company Chatmatic.

The update on this is Chatmatic has agreed to refund my money. I will update this again once the money is in my account.

Total Fraud - Chatmatic, Wealthery, InterOptin - Travis Stephenson

The parent company Chatmatic chat bots don't work well from various reviews online and poor BBB profile. Not only doesn't it work but the other softwares by Travis Stephenson as well. Support is non existent for all of his software - InterOptin software promised updates never did them and went out of business months later plus wouldn't answer any my refund requests in the facebook group. I need a full refund of $497. Travis Stephenson owner creates software doesn't support then disappears.
