Absolutely love it, easy platform to use and support all the way.

I worked for these for several years and had no issues at all, I'd get praised alot for my messages and work as part of a team. I earnt good money weekly, payment was always on time too. I will be reapplying as soon as they are hiring again which is soon I hope.

Is the position available for nigerians? if no, why?

Patients is required snd understanding to do the work but its great i've enjoyed being here.

I have been working as an agent for chat from home on and off for 8 years. My son is disabled, so the flexibility and weekly pay are a godsend. Tracy (and the rest of the team) have been very helpful when I needed support. Would recommend.

Seeing lots of reviews good and bad , it's funny because after the low star they put 5 star recently, but the funny thing is my wife applied there and emailed them , and no response what so ever a month is gone by , that's funny
I'm wondering if those good reviews are fake because there's a review that there's almost hardly girls on the line yet there's applications that got ignored but good reviews came fast after that bad reviews. Mmmm I feel like it's a scam mmm

largely speaking i have been with these guys for quite some time, so if it must be ok. Plus points, Tracy in the office, who is ( and always has been) wonderful with me. I want to be honest so minus points is that the wage is well below minimum ( i realise we are self employed so that is how you get around it, and nobody put a gun to my head to do it) but it seems harsh to work really unsociable hours ( when its busiest) for an optimistic tenner an hour. That said, i don't have to leave my house to do it, so nobody is paying travel costs etc. Honestly it is swings and roundabouts. The office is great for support, but if it problems occur late night ( when i work, and two notable times they have) then you have to forgo a whole working session as, there is not anyone there at midnight to help. it would be nice to have someone there burning the midnight oil, as us agents do for you guys, incase there are problems.. ( just a thought, it would be great though.. otherwise the pay is weekly, and always reliable and on time, they make sure you are paid what you earn in time for bank holidays etc, and i can honestly say I have never had a problem with my pay being late or any different from that which is advertised. The website is also pretty good for us to keep a track on the hours we have done and what we have earned. Another plus is that we now only have to do 14 hours instead of sixteen per week to fulfil our contract, i find those two hours make the difference. i think this is an honest and fair reflection of my time with RJ Media and based absolutely on what i have found to be true.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I had a look at numerous other sites and this was my first time as an agent doing any work of this kind. This is the only site I came across that felt 100% legitimate, real and professional.
It was so easy to apply and I started working and earning within a couple of days. The training was great and the supervisor Tracy is just
Wonderful - she feels like a best mate I’ve known for years. I’ve had numerous lengthy chats with her and we just laugh and laugh. She is so funny and down to earth. Just what you need in this line of work in my opinion.
If you don’t take it too seriously, be open minded, and kind to people then you won’t have a problem with this work. If I am unsure about a topic, I never pretend to know and I will ask the caller as many questions as I need to make wore I get it Right and can tailor the call to them. Clients love it when I show an interest in them and this has led to some fascinating conversations.
Any problem callers are removed immediately by management. I started in December 2025 and within a month I’d built up around a dozen regulars who call me and are chatting for at least an hour. Sometimes several times a week. I’ve had several four hour calls take place with the same client.
Build rapport, listen and be prepared to adapt to different roles and there is a lot of money to be made and you will have so much fun. I have gotten to know my regulars quite well. I know what they want and it makes the work simple if you make the effort to remember names and go that extra mile. It really does pay off and clients appreciate it. You get to know your own strengths and also your own personal likes and then you will start attracting regulars of the kind that are best suited to you.
The clients can set up a text alert when you login and I’d say 90% of my chats are with people I speak to at least once a week who are when’s up for the text alert service.
You can set your own boundaries and you will need stick to the company rules. I t you so this and report the wrong kinds of clients, you will have no issues carrying out this role.
You do need to have skills to talk to a wide range of people. I found that doing my research on topics has helped and has increased my client base and increased the length of calls. It’s increased my confidence.
You can log on any time of day or night on any day of the week and there are always calls. I’ve logged on at all hours and I never wait more than five minutes or so for a call and that’s only on quieter times. The majority of the time I’m logged on, the calls are coming through back to back. And I know most of the callers coming through.
There is potential to earn really good money if you are prepared to learn and engage, communicate and use your imagination. You may find you can enjoy much of it yourself. I’ve been surprised at how much I’ve enjoyed it. Role plays are so much fun and a lot of clients are the most respectful, considerate and adoring that you could hope to meet.
There is no other company anywhere near in this league and I’ve looked into all of them.
I wish I’d signed up decades ago!

I have been working as an agent for chat from home for almost 5 years, I still really enjoy this job always lots of varied callers. Love the flexibility it gives and the regular pay.I have always found Tracy and the girls helpful when I have needed it. If you are considering giving it a go as a job don't hesitate I am sure you won't regret it 😀

From a customer's point of view, this is the best chatline to use. The websites are user friendly. You can see who is online and be alerted when your favorite caller is next online. You are able to leave reviews on the operator's profile page and the operator can respond. Should your account be running out of credit, it is possible to top up your account whilst chatting should you need to keep the conversation going. There are many very fine, experienced operators on here providing a valuable service and obtaining loyal customers in the process.

Very poor pay and now owner is apparently emailing men encouraging them to try AI further taking work off the girls. Even the men are calling owner greedy
