Good reliable service and process for applying. Good customer support / app functionality.

It this even a real company?

I applied for a loan, and was immediately pre approved.

I then uploaded all requested documents.

A day later I checked the portal again, and asked me for the same documents again.

A day later: same thing.

I then send an email, and get an email back saying that this email inbox isn't monitored.

I then do some research online to see how can i contact them; I then logged in, and opened a new support request.

The support request form allows maximum 80charachters to be filled in, so i couldn't explain the issue in full.

I then get an email back 5 days later asking me the describe the issue in full, which they sent from a no reply email address.

I then explain the issue in full as a response, and of course, get an automatic reply: "This email inbox is not monitored".

Is this some sort of scam?

Incompetencia absoluta, financias y no exigen nada a las empresas, solo saben amenazar con entrar en morosidad, pero a las empresas en palmitas.

I have tried to get in contact with Cetelem for almost one year. Amazing how they don't return a call or email. Absolutely not recommended

I used a credit from cetelem, and if I don't pay back the monthly installments in time, I pay it back in a few weeks later with bizum or credit card via their website. and next month they charge me again with the same amount for the previous month. it's double charging and they do it everytime. please check your system and pay back my money

I used Cetelem as part of my Kia lease/purchase package. I have found them to be transparent about all aspects of the procedure with access online to my personal account. The gentleman at Kia in Torrevieja was very helpful in every aspect of both the vehicle and the finances offered by Cetalem.

Te da confianza y seguridad, ves que todo es razonable y puedes financiar productos que necesitas sin problemas, repetiremos.

Worst company ever. I buy spanish phone number and they are calling it every day from auto call center. I write an e-mail to them in order to ask for stop of this activity. They told me that they will try to do something about it but nothing really change. Strongly advise everybody to restrein from any contact with this scammers.

Don't know why Apple use them!!! Useless! Pre-approved for over 2,500 euro after filling the fields. But then they can't handle anything that doesn't fit their standard model. Being an early-retired foreign resident in Spain with a foreign private pension, paid into a foreign bank account and then manually transferred to Spain blows-up their vanilla, boiler-plate question-response and documentation requirements. No opportunity to communicate with a person to explain my individual cirmcumstances so after lots of back and forth on the system and providing copies of various documents (few of which 'matched' their standard requests, the 0% Apple finance was refused despite more than enough cash flowing through the foreign and Spanish accounts monthly. A nightmare and a waste of time to work with!!! Do better Apple!

It is a disgrace!

Tried to arrange financing - they made it seem very easy but every day they would ask for more details. One payslip turned into 3 (why is this necessary when one has all the information on it?). Then they asked for more details - a mobile phone bill, which I don't have. Finally I received all the information and uploaded it, but they said that the time limit had expired. Meanwhile the retailer ran out of stock for the items I wanted to buy. Useless! And to be honest it seems like I dodged a bullet.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
Looking to make a purchase online and spread the payments and earn more then 50x more than the item in question with all paperwork provided correctly. Instantly rejected due to “risk” and when questioned they do not provide responses.

This is the worst customer service I have ever known. I called 20 times for more than 12 minutes each with no one answering. The machine never understood my question. They recommend web page that it does not work and neither the app. Please be aware that if you ever have a problem with them it will be almost imposible to solve it

I have been using this company as a means of financing for years, PCcomponentes, Apple, Conforama... and I have had no problems. Financing costs and interest are acceptable. Customer service has always answered my questions and resolved my requests.

They cancel me in providing a credit without any reason. And their support working really bad.

HORRIBLE, para ser una financiera tan grande... No sabe gestionar que pidas la amortización del pago a final de mes... Ahora por su culpa me quedo congelada financieramente, nunca volveré a financiar nada aquí.

I do not understand how Apple can entrust such an important process to a company like this. Zero attention to the customer, unclear, very articulate communication and application process. After two days of waiting and after giving them payslips documents and proof of iban I was asked for even more documents and above all unclear documents again required. I gave up the purchase!

They deny financial aid if you are a foreigner, even if you have been working for many years in Spain and have all your finances in order.

They don't even check any data, because they reject instantly.

Anyway, I hope large companies see their rating and stop collaborating with them on providing financial aid for their systems

Horrible company, they don't help you with anything and they deny financing without giving you an explanation. They make things extremely difficult to understand and to do and it's basically imposible to talk to customer service. I've been trying to finance a phone for a while now and all they do is reject my application when I went to the store and uploaded all the documents with the store attendants making sure I was doing it correctly and then don't even notify me that it's been canceld until I called and after 30 minutes of waiting finally got to talk to a person they tell me it's been denied and won't give me the reason why. HORRIBLE. Apple make better choices with another bank.

Empresa horrible, no te ayudan en nada y deniegan la financiación sin darte una explicación. Hacen las cosas extremadamente difíciles de entender y de hacer y es básicamente imposible hablar con atención al cliente. He estado tratando de financiar un teléfono por un tiempo ya y lo unico que hacen es rechazar mi solicitud cuando fui a la tienda y subí todos los documentos con los asistentes de la tienda asegurándose de que lo estaba haciendo correctamente y luego ni siquiera me notifican que ha sido cancelad hasta que les llamé y después de 30 minutos de espera finalmente llegué a hablar con una persona que me dicen que ha sido negado y no me da la razón por qué. HORRIBLE. Apple elige otro banco mejor porque este no sirve para nada.

Terrible company! They pester me night and day several times a day to pay money that I do not owe. I have written to them, secure post to explain how I still owe money when I made all the payments. I have emailed and messed, but never get a reply. Just random daily calls and messages from all over Spain. It's a pity it's too time consuming and expensive to sue them for harassment!
