I approached CEL Solicitors regarding a tenancy deposit claim. Right from the intake stage, the process felt disjointed. Despite submitting comprehensive evidence upfront and explaining the specific facts of the case multiple times over the phone and in writing, the intake staff seemed to misinterpret the file and rely on generic automated checklists. After back-and-forth communication, they ultimately declined to take the case on. It was a frustrating experience, and I expected better initial communication and attention to detail from a firm with such high ratings.
