We ordered an awning on the 1st of June but it never shipped. After several assurances that it would ship 'within the week' or 'the next day', we were told that they were unable to order the stock from the supplier despite the product showing as available on their website. On the 23rd of June I requested a refund, which they confirmed had been processed on the 24th of June. A month later, and were still waiting for our refund. Emails back and forth have not helped. The company claims that the issue has been raised with the finance team, yet nothing has happened and I have not heard from the finance team. I have now raised this with Paypal and Trading Standards. I will also be raising the issue with other consumer bodies/ the media. I have never had such a negative experience ordering something online. It has left me £1100 out of pocket and convinced that this company is actively withholding my money.

I ordered an awning 4th July was written on website 4-7 day dispatch , I contacted within 3 days and got told they have 4-7 days to dispatch as they get it from their supplier , I was understanding with this .
Roll on over a week later contacted via WhatsApp and was told they have got a back log in the warehouse and they are checking daily for updates ! Contacted a day later and was told they had,had severe delays and if I was due to go on holiday give them the date and they would see if they could prioritise it , 2 days later and still not dispatched or order processed so contacted and asked for suppliers contact details and got a response of “we are a small team and are working through the communication as quickly as they could “ I then proceeded and asked them to cancel order !! Which was done in the quickest time possible !! I did ask if they had any air awnings similar in size they could send me but this was ignored
I would stay away from this company completely

Very disappointing service from Camping World. I bought a caravan awning for over £1300 on 18th if June in view of it being delivered within 4 to 7 days as stated on there website.

On chasing this up after it was not delivered I was informed that there was a delay and they could not give a delivery date so due to this the order was cancelled for a full refund.

This is where it has become very stressful after waiting the 7 to 14 days they state that the refund will take and not receiving my refund I have emailed multiple times when they do reply its with excuses or apology I was even emailed stating my refund had been escalated and I would receive my refund within 24 to 48 hours well that timeframe came and went still no refund.

After more emails sent finally received a reply but stating they are really busy because the sun is out and they are trying to process orders.

It is now the 19th of july and still no refund.

I would highly recommend that before you order from this company to look elsewhere as if for some reason you need to return or require a refund it will become very stressful and there customer service is very poor.

No number to call to escalate only email.

Very very disappointing.

Nice place and setting to review and experience for camping equipment.
Good products. Worth to come again.
