The PC is put together great, and my experience using it so far would warrant 5/5 stars on its own. However, I found that the optional packing foam was difficult to remove when it arrived. I was actua... See more

Great patience customer service
Great patience customer service, with better prices for custom builds than newegg, amazon, walmart, microcenter. I don't do reviews much but felt CyberpowerPC expeience deserve it and I highly recommend them.
Please read, this is what happens after the warranty expires!
I got a $4200 Gaming Laptop in Sept 2024. It had the TRACER Series Liquid Cooling kit installed in it. After only 19 months, the Cooling unit just stopped working. I contacted Customer Support and they said that the 12-month warranty has passed so they cannot help me. I told them that I just needed to buy a new cooling Unit, it was $150 when I got it and if the warranty expired for parts, not service, I would just buy a new cooling unit. They said they don’t sell just the cooling unit. The problem is that no other company makes that cooling unit or one that will replace it. So, now my laptop is now basically just for checking email because it has no cooling. There is no replacement from other companies and they won’t sell it. If they had told me that after the 12 month warranty, if anything happens, they wouldn’t even sell me parts and I can’t get them anywhere else I would have never got that laptop. Who would? Be careful because the warranty says that it does not include notebooks, workstations and supercomputers after 12 months. However, they did sell me free shipping for the 2nd year of my warranty. So that is just them taking more money because they will not provide a warranty for laptops, (the warranty says notebooks but as soon as its broke, it is a notebook, when they sell it, it's a gaming laptop.) That’s so misleading and dishonest. They won’t even SELL me the part I need. I was happy when I got it, now I am pissed. This is the review I wish I found before I spent my money with them. After the warranty is over, you can't even get parts for your computer.

I received everything in a timely manner and best of all, works like a charm. Thank you.

My motherboard went bad after only a year. Their return/RMA policy is that I have to send in the entire PC! And the lead time on getting it replaced is 5-6 weeks.
Wont buy here again. That is ridiculous.
Had tech issues with the desktop
Had tech issues with the desktop. Tech support helped asap and got me up and running. Found out the memory had to be set to standard in the bios and the NVIDIA gaming drivers was causing an issue as well.
Love it.
2nd computer purchased from CyberPowerPC, this time for myself. Runs great! Questions answered quickly too. Thanks a bunch. : )
CyberPowerPC is an actual joke
CyberPowerPC is an actual joke. My computer came broken and no one would help fix it. Customer service led us in circles intentionally for a WEEK and then still did nothing to help. I will NEVER buy anything from them again and do not recommend you do either.
Do NOT buy from this company...it's a joke
Do not buy from this company. Their own policy states that if a part is backordered, they will contact you. I have now called twice after seeing no progress on the computer. They falsified information/update status on the order so they could keep the 4K sale. Order was placed July 2nd. First call I had to make after it quickly approaching the expected shipping date of July 10, and no contact from them; upon calling I find out that the motherboard is backordered...no call from them, I had to make the call myself to get a status update. They stated the motherboards were to arrive on the 10th. After the 10th, they updated the order info that it was in the warehouse on the 10th and the assembly date was also listed on the 10th. So I waited until today, July 15th, checking the order status on their website, still only with an Assembly date. I call and they stated a motherboard came in but wasn't used for my order. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was...of course. He went on to say the second motherboard would come until the end of this week and it was indeed never assembled, despite what the order status page said on their website. Their policy on their website states that they will call the customer themselves if any part is backordered. That never happened; not just once, but twice! The Customer Service is poor, their attitude to my justifiable frustrations was poor and they were all too eager to cancel the order. Go with a competitor! Do not buy with this pathetic company, you won't get answers or the Customer Service you expect to get.
This pc runs really good.
This pc runs really good, would recommend for people who want to get started. It arrived here in 2 days but I’m not complaining.
Good quality pc build
Perfect
This was my first custom pc and it has been great. No issues and the computer was put together very well. I had done plenty of research and looked at other places. Some of them were charging way more for the same exact components. I’m very pleased with cyberpower pc. From the warranty to the complete build, my pc is a beast and I’m enjoying my gaming experience on it.
Completely Satisfied.
Easy to use site for building the pc i wanted. Quickly shipped. Everything arrived and worked to expectations. Good deals at the time as well.
i ordered a NVIDIA brand rtx 5080 gpu
i ordered a NVIDIA brand rtx 5080 gpu, but you built my system with an off brand car...a PNY. IF I WANTED A PNY I WOULD HAVE ORDERED ONE.
New Happy Customer!
Overall the purchasing process and customer service was great. The rep assigned to my purchase returned my emails whenever I had a question. My only critique involves the custom packing option I paid extra for. The diagram involved w. the packing option led me to believe the interior of my PC would be filled with enclosed foam packets to secure the video card. Instead, there was a single small packet that loosely fit under the card and didn't do anything to secure the card. Thankfully the PC works great, and I'm very happy with the system overall.
Poor Communication and Lack of…
Poor Communication and Lack of Accountability
June 6th I purchased a custom-built PC from CyberPower during their Father's Day promotion, confirming the order on the 8th. I knew exactly what configuration I needed from my home lab setup and built it myself on their website without working with sales staff. The purchase was not confirmed immediately the payment was then reversed by the credit company, first CP failed the fundamental transaction portion.
So, for the next eight days, I received no updates—no website status changes, no phone calls, no communication of any kind. The delivery was scheduled for the 16th, I contacted CyberPower to inquire about tracking. That's when I learned for the first time that the logic board was unavailable and that I was instructed to “lol” *call daily** to check on status. 😂
I did exactly that for over two weeks. Each call yielded the same response: another delay, with vague promises that the part would arrive "later today" or "tomorrow." After multiple calls, I finally requested a manager. Rather than being transferred, I was told I'd receive a callback that afternoon with updates. I never received that call. 🤦
Instead, I got an email saying the part was suddenly in stock and they'd begin the build. The website tracking updated this time, but more delays followed. By the 30th—when I was scheduled to leave for a two-week holiday—the system still hadn't arrived and required a signature. Due to the month-long delays, I am still to verify if the system functions correctly.
**For a $4,000+ purchase, CyberPower failed on basic priorities: proactive communication, transparency about delays, and accountability to the customer. The experience was not great. 🤬
Fast shipping and quality working pc
