Two years ago, I paid for a four-zone liposuction, but the doctor only performed it in two zones with a poor result, leaving my belly looking like Swiss cheese with many fat holes. They scheduled a correction a year later, but it was still poorly done. To fix their mistakes, they charged an extra €3,000. I refused this additional charge, and afterward, they stopped responding to my emails. If you're considering liposuction, stay far away from Boerhaaven. They have no idea how to do it.

"Listen up, clinic: You just earned the title of the WORST medical 'service imaginable! I wasted my time and money driving from another city for Or- Borjesson's 11:00 appointment. A mere SIX MINUTES delayed by traffic, and your receptionist casually tells me he 'had to leave mmediately?! Are you KIDDING ME?! That's not just unprofessional, it's a damn insult! You people are PATHETICLY irresponsible! Consider this a warning to everyone: AVOID THIS JOKE OF A CLINIG LIKE THE PLAGUE! They don't give a damn about you!"

I had a funny experience here. I actually had a consultation and it was sketchy and prefabricated. The doctor didn't take any time and I had the feeling she just wanted to get rid of me quickly. She said she couldn't help me because my concerns were too big (I wanted a standard treatment) and then I wasn't even given suitable alternatives. On the contrary: I was then recommended a treatment that is only suitable for very small arias. Unfortunately, this doesn't fit together, rejecting someone on the grounds that the arial is too large and then suggesting a treatment for smaller areas makes no sense at all. so I found the consultation a waste of time.

Today I received a call from someone claiming to be from an independent complaints commission. They somehow obtained my phone number from Boerhaave and want me to remove my Google review. This clinic is outrageous. Avoid this clinic at all costs! They only cause harm to your body, especially Dr. Maclannen!

Did a gynecomastia surgery here. Unfortunately, the doctor botched the surgery by removing to little tissue on the right chest and too much on the left chest causing an crater deformity leaving me with one side poking out and one side indented..

Went back to the clinic to explain why I was unhappy with the result and the doctor was mesmerized by the way the surgery was performed on me and even apologised for it when leaving.

The higher management then send me an email that they were willing to fix it for 1500!! euros upon the already 3000 euros I paid for the surgery. An absolute slap in the face when you go here to get rid of one of your insecurities…

Very sad to see a place like this milk out its customers and not take ownership when something doesn’t go as intended.

Nightmare experience, unfortunately can't be undone... In may 2021, at Boerhaave clinic I asked to do just a small and simple upper eyelid-correction, it was done by Dr. van de Kar ... What he did i can only call "butcher's work - everything what possibly could go wrong, went wrong ..
starting from that he did something else than I asked...Then he over-cut the skin on my eyes (differently) so I still suffer from tight and pulled discomfort on both eyes ...

The result after 2 years: visible rough scars, my right eye looking like I had an accident, eyes became smaller and different shape from each other. Actually It looks like two different people operated two eyes.. I constantly feel dry-ness and have pulling effect on my right eye, it looks "overly surprised " when I lift eye-brows..

Honestly, my eyes were much better before the operation! Now I am wearing glasses with thick frame all day to cover the results of this "plastic surgery"... :(

I had a few post-operational visits with Boerhaave doctors explaining them my issues but they denied my concerns.. although all specialists I've consulted in other places are saying that the quality of my operation is very poor...

All in all it costed me a lot of stress, energy and money, time wasting on post-consults, cosmetic therapy trying to fix this doctor errors ...I asked Boerhaave to compensate at least my financial costs of operation, but got negative answer ..
It looks like they don't care about patience complaints, nore looking for patient's satisfaction, it's just all about money, money factory that is with low professional level!

So, girls - be careful while choosing your clinic / doctor, please read reviews and take care of your health making sure you are in a truly good hands, it's your only face!
