Awful customer service. After waiting almost 1 month for a delivery, it has not moved according to DSV website and having to chase numerous times - now get told that I have to pay almost 3000 kroner to return (it still had not arrived!) Will NOT be buying again and DO NOT recommend anyone from ordering from this company. This is the third time I have ordered from this company and the second shipment that has went missing..! Extremely bad customer service for an issue caused by Beliani, not the customer!

Stay away! Bad products, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They lie and threaten their customers if help is needed. Worst kind of people.

Stay away from Beliani. They are unprofessional, and I wish I had read the many bad reviews about their customer service before ordering anything.

In the communication about a return/ refund, they did not read responses properly, they wrote sluggishly and incompletely, created a lot of chaos, and then blamed the customer. They felt manipulative to me.

In the end, I just withdrew from the whole thing and gave the product away, even if I could have retuned it. (Putting that much psychological energy into a simple thing is not worth it.)

Please do not support Beliani.

Horrible service. AVOID!!! I'VE ordered a bed which was delivered two months after payment plus they sent a wrong part. So the bed stod over a month in parts and I'm still waiting until they reply to me after I've sent so many emails to them. Just waist of time and money

I bought a coffee table, the shipping was fast, everything arrived in order, 100% recommended.

I purchased an office desk from Beliani for over NOK 8,000 including shipping. The website advertised free shipping, but after contacting them I was told that “free” shipping does not apply to all of Norway. This was not clearly communicated during checkout, and it feels misleading. Promotions should be transparent and consistent.

The delivery process was unacceptable. The desk took more than three weeks to arrive. On the day of delivery, the driver called me at 6am and told me I had to pick it up at a collection point because he did not want to drive down to my address. This is despite paying for delivery. The desk is very large, and I had to empty my car to try to make space. It barely fit, and the drive home was honestly unsafe.

When I finally assembled the desk, I discovered significant damage on one corner of the tabletop. I contacted Beliani expecting a proper resolution. They offered to send a replacement tabletop — but without collecting the damaged one, and apparently with the same delivery experience. Where exactly am I supposed to store a large, damaged tabletop? How am I expected to handle another oversized delivery alone?

The only alternative they offered was a refund of 620 NOK, which doesn’t even cover half of what I paid in shipping. After spending over NOK 8,000, I am left with a damaged desk and a company that takes no real responsibility for fixing the situation.

This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience from start to finish. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend saving yourself the trouble and buying from IKEA instead.

I recently purchased the HIUMA kitchen trolley from Beliani.no, and overall I’m quite pleased with it. The trolley has a clean Scandinavian look with a light wood top and compact design, which fits nicely in my space. It offers useful storage with two shelves and a small drawer, and the caster wheels make it easy to move around. Assembly was straightforward and the price matches the quality. Overall, a good product and a positive experience.

I ordered from Beliani several times and was always happy with their products. When it comes to quality of the products, it is hard to wish for more, really great long lasting. So far none of the products shows any wear! And I am talking about bed, divan, chair... daily used pieces. Recommending this store 100%

I bought two rugs from Beliani I wanted to return both, but I was unsure because one of them arrived clearly used. I was worried they would think I had made it dirty before returning it, so I sent them a photo the same day I picked it up. Since it took them two weeks to reply that it wasn’t considered dirty, they then informed me that the withdrawal period had expired. After being told that the withdrawal period had ended, they informed that returning the lightweight rugs would cost about 1000 NOK and that I needed to plan a pickup time at my home

I recently purchased several pieces of furniture from Beiliani — a bed, TV stand, dining table, and an entrance hall unit — and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The quality of every item exceeded my expectations and everything looked exactly like the pictures online. Assembly was straightforward and not difficult if done as a pair.
The delivery process was smooth as well. Although it took a little while, I was informed of the timeline from the beginning and could easily track the shipment the whole way. Everything arrived in great condition.
I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical at first since I had never bought furniture online before, but after this experience I would definitely purchase from them again and highly recommend them!
