Buythebook.ie, made the whole process of publication very positive and without Rachel and Des I might not have achieved an Irish Times best seller. The initial meeting with Rachel and Des resulted in clarity and direction which was extremely helpful in setting out the road ahead. Their experience of the Irish system; always being available; rapid responses to questions, was important. On the night of the book launch, Des was available to manage the book sales and this allowed me a free pass, as author, to enjoy the evening and converse with the people present for the book launch. Its a young Irish company, with reasonable costs and a good process. I highly recommend Buythebook.ie, to all authors.

After a less than amicable "divorce" from my publisher, I needed an alternative outlet for the existing hardcopies of my debut novel, quickly - for me, buythebook.ie quite simply saved the day.

The service is transparent and reasonably priced, and very easy to setup and configure, with helpful instruction videos to get you through the least obvious parts. Within only a few hours I was all ready to go.

But the best part of buythebook.ie is (are?) the people behind the website, these are real book lovers who are prepared to go the extra mile and more for aspiring authors.

But the Book is a fantastic platform for self-published authors like me. Even though I have yet to use all the supports available to me, Rachel has been very welcoming and supportive. To have an Irish system like this available is important to any Irish writer trying to promote their work.

I found out about buythebook from a fellow author. For my purposes it really works, and is one of the most cost effective portals to sell books that I know of. I am really happy also to be supporting an Irish company. I have found it to be easy to use. It provides all the information I need. I like being in control of my sales. I also like being part of an author community on the facebook group. Requests for help have always been handled swiftly and in a friendly manner. I highly recommend buythebook. If I would recommend any improvement it would be to get yourselves more widely known, especially amongst fledgling authors, because it was by sheer (happy) coincidence that I found out about you. 😁
