Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I made a reservation in Spain for 10 days. When I arrived at reception, they refused me entry because they mistook me for other people, took my money, and it's been 10 days since I requested a refund and I haven't received any response. So please be careful. I was left stranded and with my money gone. I will never book with them again.

Very disappointed with the lack of…
Very disappointed with the lack of flexibility and compassion. Due to the sudden loss of a close friend, I asked to postpone my stay to next year—not even a refund—but this was refused. No voucher or alternative was offered, and I lost the full amount. A more humane approach in exceptional situations would be expected.
I won't recomment such service.

In our email correspondence we see the park has not made an exception due to the terms & conditions. We apologise on behalf of the park that a modification was not possible. We always advice our guests to book the cancellation insurance to avoid difficult and stressful situations after something happens.
