The things can work.
Well I was not sure about how this whole a kasse work at all, but for me, the most important thing was that I didn't have to personally participate in various administrative procedures, but the entire process was handled after 1-2 phone calls. Even the sign toward from other A kasse...

Ole was my advisor

I got cold-called by the single most delightful young man by the name of Tobias. He was kind, knowledgeable and put up with the string of nonsense that passes for conversation from me. I was called by Ajla Harbas (Salgskonsulent) & she explained her product & the experiences I had with her like to share here :
1. As a professional she explain me the product & motivated me to have it.
2. After having a huge discussion, she convinced me to have her product.
3. As per my experience in my whole professional life, I have found very few with soft voice with great knowledge to satisfay a client to sell the product. She (Ajla Harbas) is one of them who make me feel that I am secure with her company.

Bad experience
So I wrote to Ase to cancel my A kasse, salary insurance and union membership several weeks ago.They did no answered to me so I call them before end of April to make sure we cancel everything.They said its ok we cancel everything.However they pull again everything from my bank account.I write to them to get this money back but I still not receive it beck.
They keep telling me it is takes several days now about 1 week gone. However I did other subscription outside of Denmark and I cancel it and the company was able to pay me back about 1 day later.Similer things happened one of the Parking company in Denmark.I call them they see the money what they charged on me was too high so next they I received the money back.So honestly I don't know what are you doing and I don't trust.Anyway nothing will change the fact if you answer on time regarding my cancelation what I did online on you webside you will have enough time to cancel this automatic payment. So you don't pull money from me again incorrectly.
I write this done to you again until you don't get the point what was your mistake and stop to write some Marketing answer to me to protect yourself.
I encourage everybody to have a look and think well if you want to me connected to this company.

I contacted my trade union at ASE
I contacted my trade union at ASE, and Nikolaj handled my case. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. He reached out promptly after I submitted my request and carefully reviewed all of my documentation.
Shortly afterwards, he contacted me by phone and followed up with a detailed email. He was thorough and attentive, and he identified an inconsistency in my severance agreement that I could raise with my employer to improve my severance package.
Overall, I felt well supported and would definitely recommend their service.
