Ordered a board game on their website. Few days later received an email saying it was sent. But tracking code was only a pre-admission. Took them then another 16 days before the package arrived. I emailed a few times and contacted them on whatsapp, nobody ever replied. Poor customer service. Wont shop here again. Recommend you dont either if you need something to arrive soon.
