Very disappointing. Want to purchase an order for a total of £170, but then was hit with a "small order charge" of £25 because it has to be a minimum of £175. Looking to increase my order I spoke to a customer services adviser and they then increase what was the minimum of £175 to £200. Not good. I lacked confidence so cancelled my order.
Great company to deal with.
Our printing company orders majority of our stock from Antalis, great team to deal with, excellent cost and quick next day delivery.
Highly recommend them.
Special thanks to Simon Broome, Mark Mathison & Fitz Panton, for making every transaction, smooth as possible.

Received a promotional booklet from Antalis in my latest copy of Digital Printer magazine. Inside was a full page inviting me to scan a QR code to request a sample box, supposedly full of digital media samples (coated, uncoated, etc.). Did this, which led to a sales call, which led to an "account" being opened, which led to an account manager asking what I needed, and endless questions about what machinery we operate and what papers we use etc. I just want the advertised sample box to start with - then I will consider whether I want to place an order, after I have seen and touched the samples.
I don't expect I will receive the sample box, and I haven't got hours to waste replying to their account manager's emails detailing what samples I require - I expected a box of samples of all that they offer so that I can make my choices and consider new options for new products as we produce them.
It's like they don't want new business.

Absolutely dreadful. If I could provide this review without assigning a star rating I wouldn’t hesitate. I have to consistently chase orders that end up taking literally in excess of a month to deliver. On a couple of occasions after waiting this period the order was shipped incorrectly only to have to wait again. My account holder or their systems are incompetent. If you know of alternative providers don’t waste your time here.
What can I say? Always available and willing to assist. Service from Cathy & Rob is always top notch
