The quality eas good, however the staff treatment in Plaza mayor was so awful as they treated us bad just because were Moroccans, they did not want to make us room for us to pay as we were in the queue and they took our place the. They started screaming on us. The manager/ superior she was so unprofessional and uneducated as she clearly doesn’t know how to treat the client.
They were going to pick up clothes to change. But they never did. After mailing at least 5 times times to remind them, they now say that it is over 30 days and not more possible. Now I am stuck with clothes that I can not use and my money is gone. Thank's a lot Alvaro Moreno.
