I have used Allbranded for many years for pretty much everything I needed for a yearly event I organize. This year, it seemed that everything was very unorganized. I sent an email with itemized and specific requests, and the offer I received would not be correct. It took at least 3 times back and forth to get it right. Then when it came to approving the art, it took so much back and forth to get the placement and size right, even though I provided a quick mockup of how I wanted, that I had to cancel the printing and just ordered the item without. Currently, I am still getting requests to pay outstanding invoices, even though I was required to pay everything in full before the order would be intiated.
Most of the products I ordered were good quality, and they arrived on time. However, one of the items was not as pictured on the website.
Very unhappy with how this went this year, and I am seriously considering looking for another provider for next time.

We are very dissatisfied with the service. Starting with the fact that the delivery time for the products could not be met, then we were also sent the wrong goods. After multiple requests and arguments, we were refunded the money. However, the receipt for the credit note was full of errors. We are still waiting for an error-free credit note today, since they no longer respond to my emails. 1 star because we got our money back. Better look for another provider.

I would love to rate with zero stars, but unfortunately, that's impossible. We ordered with the express option in June and still haven't received the order. I proactively contacted customer service to get an update about the delivery date. No one feels responsible for solving the issue.
