They are experts in industrial sewing machines and so this was very helpful as a novice to industrial. They purchased a machine I was interested in so that I could try it out. I did purchase it but they didn't apply any pressure to do so. Gave me time to test it and then assisted me to get the feet and thread I required for my projects. Helped me to put it in the car. I am also confident in their assistance with servicing in the future as they had a number of repeat customers in the shop. Thank you.

He listened to me, offered his opinion, kept me informed and responded to my queries promptly. His word is his bond; Items were delivered in the time scale that he had advised. I bought my Janome machine from Aberdeen Sewing Machines 3 months before covid lockdown in 2020band it was a real 'workhorse' through the following months/seasons.
It did develop a fault earlier this year which I obviously had no clue about and Stephen worked his knowledge to repair the fault, service the machine and even prepare a piece of fabric with the various styles of stitches. 10/10

I have now bought two machines from Stephen. Tracey was so patient with me and showed me the basics on the Stellaire before I committed to buying. There was absolutely no pressure to buy whatsoever and the transaction very smooth. Having a 7 year old with me wasn’t an issue because Monty the dog was a perfectly behaved shop dog to keep him entertained. 10/10
