Axis Chevrolet

When I first got there, I was greeted by an elderly gentleman who signed us in. Right away I got bad vibes from the dude because he was asking some personal questions regarding my last name. Then he assigned us to a sales agent named Angel. He was very nice and respectable. However, when I asked to test drive the car I was looking at, he wanted my social security number (second red flag). I told him first I wanted to talk about the numbers and to test drive the car. He said he would be right back with that information. I thought maybe he went to print out the numbers, but then the old dude came back and it went downhill from there. He was rude and arrogant and looked like he wanted the car more than I did. The third red flag was that he didn't appear to want to negotiate on the price of the car and refused to remove a warranty that came with the car. Usually warranties are optional, never a requirement. I got up and stormed out.

If you ever go to this dealership, ask for Angel and if you see grandpa coming, ask for another sales agent. This old dude seemed racist too.
