I had a very disappointing experience with Audisana GmbH.

I ordered Renata watch batteries on **3 October 2026**, and as of today, **12 October 2026, I still have not received my order**.

What makes this experience even more frustrating is that, instead of receiving my purchased products, I received an email asking me to write a review!

Customer service is extremely disappointing. There is no telephone number available to contact the company directly, and responses to emails are very slow. I have sent several emails, but communication remains unsatisfactory.

**How are customers supposed to reach you when there is a problem with an order?**

A company selling products online should provide reliable delivery, clear communication, and accessible customer support.

Unfortunately, my experience with Audisana GmbH has been very negative. I expected much better service from a Swiss company.

I have ordered batteries from Audisana a couple of times. Prices are cheaper than in store and delivery is next day. They are now my go-to place for batteries.

I will never buy from Audisana again. I ordered a V-ZUG hood filter via Galaxus for 169 CHF, sold by Audisana and advertised as an original part. It arrived in a plain brown box with no plastic bag or original packaging—clearly not what was promised. I returned it because it wasn’t compatible with my hood, but the return was rejected on the grounds that the filter lacked packaging. That packaging never existed in the first place. Extremely disappointing experience.

Shopped here blankets recently and was delighted with the quality, used materials and the price, of course. The latter thing was a bit higher than market average, but I compared materials used in the production of my blanket to the ones other designers/producers make, it's like chalk and cheese.
The price is high a bit and it's justified, I am sure. Quality, fast, exceptional. I guess these are those adjectives easily applicable to the service, so it's my recommendation.

Simple ordering process and rapid delivery. Good packaging.
