While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. Stay away! It is a big scam and scandalous organisation to do business with, after almost a year of trying to get compensation no answers were given, they even lost the file, you might think it is the purpose of you to stop chasing them for your money, be aware, seek other insurances in Spain!!

Using unethical pressure to make you by…

Using unethical pressure to make you by their health insurance, the sales presenter went personal and made assumptions that were not even having any truth behind of them, questioning my decision making and my knowledge about my own current situation and kept drawing demons to the wall, like im going to die while waiting to get help without their insurance and that im playing god with my health now. And now reading about others experiences, seems like I dodged a bullet here.

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service, they hang the phone on me, and they promised to call me back and they
haven´t. I have been paying extra insurance for my phone for more than a year, and they tell me to pay extra fees now if I want my phone to be fixed. Shame on this company. Also, what kind of a company has no English speaker in 2025 in Europe? Come on...you can do better than this.
