This is the most disappointed and…
This is the most disappointed and stressed I felt in my life.
I had a fire 4 months ago in my building and NH1816 and the damage expert they hired would do ANYTHING they can not to give me a single euro back. My clothes were exposed to fire and smoke and they were asking me to use the washing machine to clean them. My floors were damaged during the reparation process, and they decided they are not liable. All neighbors were instructed by their insurers to throw away all their electronics cause they're not safe to use. But NH1816 decided that mine are the only ones perfectly safe. And when they sent my things to be cleaned professionally after WEEKS of asking, they were sent back shrunk to quarter their size.
I do not feel safe in my home and cannot use half my clothes and NH1816 feel perfectly fine about it.
Truly disappointing.

Vreselijke klantenservice en reactietijd / Awful customer service and reaction time.
Er was een ondergelopen kamer in het huis met een lek waardoor afvoerwater mijn huis binnenkwam, wat werd gemeld in november 2023, en nog steeds geen oplossing of zelfs maar een indicatie voor hulp.
Het bedrijf werkt alleen via tussenpersonen en zij kunnen niet eens antwoorden krijgen van het bedrijf. De verzekeringsexpert was in december aanwezig en stuurde ook een lekdetectie uit, die het lek bevestigde. Nog eens twee weken nadat hun detectiebedrijf hier was, hadden we nog steeds helemaal geen actie.
Elke keer dat mijn adviseur hen belt, is de persoon die mijn zaak behandelt afwezig.

There is a flooded room in the house with a leak causing drain water to come into my house, which was reported in November 2023, and still no resolution or even indication of help.
The company only works through intermediaries, and they can't even get answers from the company. The Insurance assessor attended in December, and they also sent out leak detection, which confirmed the leak. Another two weeks after their detection company was here, we still had no action at all.
Whenever my advisor rings them, the person handling my case is out.
