No trust

I ordered A BER survey. They charged me in advance. They told me it would be some time "mid next week". Did not happen. Then they told me "sorry, it's festive period, we will have you called tomorrow". Got not called for weeks. Got BER survey cheaper and faster elswhere on December 29th, so festive period is a myth. Cancelled order. To this day struggling to have it refunded.
This bunch operates several companies in UK and Ireland. Steer clear from Thomas John Harrington, their founder.
