Like so many other companies
Like so many other companies, the switch to the dominant Ai platform really made the experience in registering for classes extremely disappointing when I needed additional help. Being able to pick up the phone and call a live person is much more pleasant for an older person like myself.

The videos were a certain length but…
The videos were a certain length but the timer that forces you t ok stay on a given screen before the next button appears was 1 to 2 min longer so I had to keep reqatching videos multiple times for the thing to let me move on even tho I watched the whole video I reached out to tech support and customer service multiple times and no one so much as acknowledged me so I ended up being stuck in the course double the time

The test prep program glitches
The test prep program glitches. After taking a quiz it was no longer available yo go back and retake. In addition the 8 full tests thst were supposed to be available were now. Once I took a practice test thst was the only one available. I have reached out for a refund, but support so.far has been less than stellar.

Very difficult to follow with video and PDF file for book. They don’t match and there are 2 versions of textbooks.

Easy Breezy CE
I love that the questions on the test match the material that they cover, it’s one of the best for that and I’ve done a lot of CE Classes in 20 years. The one bad part is that sometimes you have to repeat an entire section because it won’t go forward to the next button, but I’m hoping that they’re gonna fix that.

Nmls reporting screw up- didn’t take responsibility
There was a screw up with a 20
Hour course that someone paid for being attributed to my nmls. I let the company know and they didn’t correct it and also made the individual repay.
