Moneyback PPI (ceased trading 2019) 

Excellent, kept informed, all answered queries. Successfully claimed PPI back

Another payout - not as big as the first but nevertheless very welcome. Waiting to hear about another 2! Not able to call directly to speak to anyone but if you e mail they come back to you very quickly. Excellent service and I have no complaints whatsoever! So glad that I decided to claim PPI (which we didn't think we had ever had!!!)

Like others, I assumed I had no PPI but my sister recommended this company . Filled the fairly simple forms in, not expecting much. The company has been persistent in pursuing my claim and I'm delighted to say I have received over £2000. I've one claim yet to be finalised.

Excellent service. I found the process daunting at first because some of the information I had to supply was from many years ago. But they advised me at every step of the way and I'm delighted with the outcome.

These people are incredible. They keep regularly in touch with updates, and they give advice on how to complete daunting looking questionnaires to the extent that they are almost holding your hand whilst it is being done. They can sniff a brush off from credit card goons a mile away, and when they do they are right in there. They made a right few quid out of my case and I couldn't be more delighted for them.

Their service was spot on and I have no complaints about this.
BUT
They kept hassling me for their payment. I sent them several emails saying I was not going to pay them until I have received my PPI payment from the bank, and they still kept hassling me. The day the money had cleared in my bank, I paid them.
Today I received a letter in the post demanding payment of further action will be taken.
I will never use them again, as it I felt they were like vultures bugging me as soon as the bank agreed to the compensation.

Overall very satisfied with the outcome. I found their process rather confusing and communications left something to be desired but I was prepared for this given that their fee rate is so competitive.

I wasn't expecting anything back. I was very pleased with the refund, coming just at the right time.

Excellent service, they kept me informed through the whole process by email. Once I recieved my ppi I was more than happy to pay them the small fee.
