I would not recommend this company I have been waiting over 3 months on a simple claim that is still no closer to being resolved. I had to wait over 2 months to get an appointment for the assessment. And I’m in the 5 th week of waiting for a decision. Ridiculous

Highly recommend MB&G
Had cover with MB&G on my previous Motorhome. Bought a newer Motorhome through Spinney (Knutsford) who use MB&G for the first years warranty cover. Had a problem with the habitation heater, sorted through the insurance no problem whatsoever. I have just spoken to Neil at MB&G to set up continuation of the cover. What a guy, very polite, friendly and helpful. Explained everything very clearly and made the process so easy. I took out the Gold cover, which covers mechanical, electrical, water ingress, lamination,, habitation problems. Got it on monthly DD and the big advantage is that I can suspend the cover for a month or longer if I am not using the Motorhome during that period. Cost of all this is £35 p/m - well worth it when you consider what parts and repairs cost now.
Highly recommend this company. Brillisnt.

do not use this company worst service in my life
I have been waiting over 6months for my french doors on my holiday home to be repaired. i have sent email after email they do not get back to you, i have even explained that there is a heatwave they are not interested. i have never in my life had such bad service, if you are reading this review do not use them it is a waste of your money they will not get back to you. i will be taking it further.

This policy was so easy to renew, one quick phone call and I my cover was renewed. Neil Gray the guy who took my call was really helpful and explained everything clearly. Would definitely recommend this company

MB&G acting as administrator for…
MB&G acting as administrator for Goldshield warranty for a static residential park home are bad beyond belief. They have fabricated clauses that don't appear in the original documentation. Then they have refused a claim blaming the manufacturer (Statley Albion) for not building the park home in accordance with BS 3632. This is a company authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority yet there actions appear underhand in the extreme.

MB&G Warranty Renewal
MB&G renewal executive Lauren Holden was very patient when dealing with me. She had to call me multiple times as unfortunately every time she called I was out involved with other matters and couldn't speak freely with her. I spoke to Lisa who listened to my…query with compassion
I spoke to Lisa who listened to my issue and was very understanding of my siruation regarding my partner who has been very ill for a month and is due home from hospital. Due to a broken bed Lisa was able to rush my claim through so that i can have less stress when my partner returns home very soon and was worried that we did not have a bed for him to sleep on I am very grateful for her understanding at this time .
