Insane service! I had fun in discord. Got to speak to cool people, but what made this an amazing expierence is the super fast handling despite people just coming back from vacation and snow chaos in Sweden. The inventory, gamified account management and the speed make this an amazing platform. Can you guys take over the SL train and bus service please. I am sure you would do that much better :-)

Illegal Return Practices – Violates EU Consumer Law!
I ordered a mousepad, didn't like the texture, and decided to return it. A standard process in e-commerce, or so I thought.
I sent a formally correct withdrawal email within the 14-day period. Under EU law, this is sufficient. However, MaxGaming support ignores valid legal withdrawals and tries to force customers into a "new return portal."
This portal is designed to obstruct your rights and violates EU consumer directives:
1. It forces you to select a reason for the return (Illegal: Withdrawal rights are unconditional).
2. It forces you to upload photos of the product just to get a return address/label.
Making the upload of evidence a mandatory precondition for exercising a withdrawal is illegal. They are actively building hurdles to discourage returns. It is shocking that a shop operating in the EU thinks they can override the law with a "convenient" web form. Do not buy here if you value your consumer rights.

Excellent return process
Excellent return process - The retrurn process is rather simple, you send a mail, you get a return label and send the package back. I bought one item, which i was satisfied with, and another one which was a keyboard that i ordered the wrong layout for, and both got returned without issue, minus shipping. Some other companies would have hassled, made an issue about it but with maxgaming i was able to simply try, return and procceed with another purchase.
Since it was this easy, i feel safe purchasing products from here and will surely return again.

Poor customer service
Its been weeks and no one reached me back regarding the new earpiece you sold to me which has suddenly developed fault as the right ear is extremely low. No okay at all. Your first swift response felt great thennnn radio silence after u got all the info you needed.
