Für die Nutzer von Mautboxen gibt es reservierte Fahrspuren, die für manuelle Zahler (Bargeld/Kreditkarte) nicht nutzbar sind, wodurch sich pro Mautstation bis zu 45 Minuten an Wartezeit einsparen lassen. Dadurch wird jede Durchfahrt durch die Mautstation deutlich komfortabler.

Customer service is superlative

Customer service is superlative! They are quick to respond by email, and quick to send invoices out. We've had their tollbox service for several years now, and continually appreciate the super smooth process of going through tollstations throughout France and Italy. Thank you very much, maut1.de!

I purchased a vignette for €49.40 on…

I purchased a vignette for €49.40 on July 20, 2026, but for some reason, I did not receive it. I then bought a vignette for €43 at a gas station on July 21, 2026. Subsequently, I wrote to Vintrica requesting a refund. The vignette was activated that very same day, and I was informed that a retroactive cancellation was not possible—even though it had already been activated on July 21, 2026. I consider this unfair. I strongly advise against buying from this company, as it only leads to trouble, stress, and extra costs! It is a scam!

The only thing that going wel are the payments. Thats a thing that is wel arranged.

All the other service and using dont work. Good way to spend money for nothing

We have used our Maut1 box in Austria…

We have used our Maut1 box in Austria and Italy. It was working perfectly. When we used Brenner autobahn it was great no waiting time just drive through the gate. The same in Italy at every toll gate.

Would be nice to have the maut1 also working on the Danish stora belt bridge and Öresunds bridge between Denmark and Sweden.
